  • @mraszhol3...I eat a banana and oj every morning....lunch is my heaviest meal of the day....typically I will have a subway....dinner (I cook) baked foods like tilapia, salmon, chicken (if you have to season; use mr.s dash....I don't use the sodium seasons)...along with those meats I will eat a microwaved vegetable...I use to boil the vegatabled, but I stopped doing that because you lose nutrients when you do that. I will have some videos coming up with how I eat though
