Alonso Mudarra (1510 - 1580), compositor y vihuelista español del Renacimiento. Hizo innovaciones tanto en música instrumental como vocal, y forma parte junto con Luys de Milán, Enríquez de Valderrábano, Esteban Daza, Diego Pisador, Miguel de Fuenllana y Luys de Narváez del grupo de los siete vihuelistas españoles del siglo XVI cuya obra ha llegado hasta nosotros.

En 1546 publicó en Sevilla el libro "Tres libros de música en cifra para vihuela", con piezas propias y transcripciones para vihuela y vihuela y voz, de otros compositores renacentistas como Josquin Des Prés, Nicolas Gombert, Adrian Willaert, Antoine de Févin y Pedro Escobar.

When i played this piece on the guitar and later on the vihuela my ideal was this...here is achieved with simplicity and good taste, right in the middle of want i think are good and solid musical values, in perfect balance and colourfull taste...thank you Moreno!

He visto cantidades y cantidades de vídeos, acá en Youtube y cada quien tiene su "particular" manera de hacer sonar la pieza como arpa, pero esta es la 1ra. que en realidad captura el espíritu original de la obra sin necesidad de recurrir a cuestiones extrañas y fuera de orden en el ámbito musical. Has demostrado que no hay necesidad de tocar esta pieza a vertiginosas velocidades.
