  • Ok, I haven't finished your video yet... But GIRL! I have PCOS! I was diagnosed when I was 21. (I'm 32.) It makes losing weight, even with gastric bypass, so difficult! I regained about 50 lbs. in the last 2.5 years. And not that it was all because of PCOS; I definitely had a hand in it, but this syndrome really makes it much harder than the average person. Amelia - You are an inspiration to a lot of people. Don't disappear :) I have to go back to the basics, too. It's hard. I'm 4 years post-op.

  • First off let me say you truly are an inspiration !!!! I've lived with PCos near 6 years now I'm 5'2 and my highest weight was 254 because of the PCOS I've finally gotten under control with help of the meds . give up it gets easier ;-) I have my tummy tuck consult tomorrow since I've lost 60 lbs I figured it's time it comes off ! You've truly been a great help I hope you start feeling better soon :-)

  • Hey stay in touch. I've watched all of your vid's over a stretch of time. You're great! Remember you are human and a beautiful person, inside and out. I am coming up on my one year. I was a bit down after 6 months only lost 85. ;( but it's better than having the 85 right?! Still have about 40-50 to go...it's just not going. Keep us posted. You are doing great and have been through alot. Blessings~
