Not sure who is singing that-- but Paul Reubens [Pee Wee] really does sound like Sinatra when he sings.

@NDW85 its not lip syncing people offen mistake his voice to be frank sonatra but actually when he is not doing his pw herman voice he is a fantastic singer he may not be singing there it was probably pre recorded
