  • yeah my dad has the stage 2.5 its a beast i love it

  • If you go HPF do the 2.5! My car had no issues it took everything I threw at it, but when you add 200whp to a high strung NA motor, things can happen. With the T-trim Water Meth is a Must, or race fuel.

  • Great info... thanks! I would love a hpf stg 2.5 but for now I'll have to live with a supercharger. I am really considering a VF kit. How reliable/safe is a vfe kit with the t-trim blower w/o a new tune?? I would suspect one must use water/meth or race gas all the time, correct??

  • Funny you should ask, my buddy had a Stage 2 HPF M3, the same day I made this vid he trapped 125 and I trapped 124, not much of a difference, but after 130 he's faster no doubt. I really like the HPF kit, it's solid, but no based on what I know I wouldn't have gone HPF. The 2.5 HPF setup is the best choice for TC'd IMHO. Either way I was VERY happy with my VFE E46 M3.
