Recently VFX posted a video asking people to help Baby Aaliyah, a child who is allegedly being molested by her father.

While I reserve judgment on the validity of this case, I do believe that the mother and her family is genuinely convinced this abuse is taking place.

As wolfmansbrother81 has pointed out there IS an article that suggests that there is corruption within the judicial system of Placer County. I too have read the entire article.

This, in my opinion, because of its nature calls into question what has been done or not done in this case.  Further, Jan and Simon Barrett claim to have documentation in their possession about this case, and until that information is shared (or if) my position remains the same.

This is the LAST I am going to say on this subject, as I feel my video made my *opinion* fairly clear.

1. I believe that the mother and the family genuinely believe that the abuse is happening.

2. Although I believe the above, there is NOT enough evidence (in *my* opinion) that has been provided to conclude that the father is guilty or innocent.

3. As an outsider I can do little but speculate as to the validity of this case as I have NO affiliation to the parties involved.

I BELIEVE SHE IS BEING ABUSED AS WELL AND...A child is telling YOU PEOPLE that daddys worm gags her and makes the sound! I am so sick of this, my own grandchildren are being abused as well and NO ONE LISTENS TO THEM ....CPS IS A JOKE AND MAKES MONEY OFF CHILDREN BY TAKEING THEM

@littleroolila2 i definatly would not of put it on youtube for the whole world to see..who does that? i would take my video to the police and demand a full investigation be done. i do not know if this little girl has been abused by her father but anyone who thinks that a parent cannot coach a child into saying things like this have happened to them when they have not are fools.

I beleive the father is abusing this child! Based on the exchange videos the childs words. This little girl wants to be with her mother . She screams with fear when the father comes near her! Even when the father kissed her goodbye! If this man truly loved his daughter he would not take the girl away from the mother knowing this is so harmful to the daughter. The system has failed this child. Why does the system keep getting away with this? How many children have to be hurt?

i was exactly the same as you when i first saw the video. i knew nothing about the case so i have investigated and i do not have a clue what is going on or whether the father has or is sexually abusing aaliyah? the mother really may beleive that her daughter is being sexually abused by her ex, i beleive connie should not of put this on youtube! isnt it bad enough for aaliyah whats going on, and then its all over the internet of all places youtube im sorry but i just wouldnt of done this.

Any parent knows that you cannot coach a child of that age to speak that long uninterrupted on a topic such as this. It's absolute ubsurdity.

Posting the video would be generally bad protocol if it weren't for the fact that the COURT entrusted to protect the child is refusing to do so. I have been molested & know others who have. No DOUBT this child has been molested--I can't blame mom for taking any desperate action to try to UNDO the damage that the court is imposing on this child.

@lavencedora2008 Well, sorry to break it to you but there are mothers in the world that will coach a child to do exactly what you see in the video. CPS has the expertise to weed fiction from fact. Are they always right? Probably not. But if my kid was sexually molested the last thing I'd be doing is putting a videos like this on the net and disclose the child's identity.
