Jeff Sutro finds the "modernization" of the West a challenge. First he steals a calf and then shoots the owner. He's exonerated for that, but soon manages to get himself into more trouble .Note: This was series creator John Meston's final script for Gunsmoke, after thirteen years of work on hundreds of stories and scripts, on both the radio and television versions of the program.

I like the one where Louie is shot in the beginning by Charles Bronson. I yhink the ep is called "The Killer" Bronson plays s pysco who gets the drop on Louie.
