It does sound much better than the thinline. Everything is diferent. The body, pickups the, tone,all different. I also, have a 70's thinline and I like the solid body and tete picups much much better, so I concur with your findings,Jillis. Very nice tone!

Hi All, thanks very much for the awesome comments on my little new Tele-Jam.
I am very pleased with the guitar, It feels great to play...The very first guitar I've completely setup by myself (adjusted the neck, pups and stringhight).....This one seems to have much more dymanocs than my thinline, This one seems to have some extra low, mid and highs, the tones control is much more sensitive and the neck is a little more V shaped.....the body is ofcourse heavier...I like it;-)
