The doctor, Ungaro, is rude and failed to listen to anything I had to say. He has an attitude of what he thinks goes. He met me and in 3 minutes was giving out advice with no examination. The office is dirty with lights and seats covered in filth. They have medical records sitting out all over the place with confidential information open to anyone who can look at it. The place is completely unprofessional and has little to do with helping people.

Lymph does not drain into the GI tract, it dumps into the venous system. The fat released from the fat cells (assuming it even works) will get picked up by the lymphatics and put into circulation in the bloodstream. if it is not burned off by exercise immediately it will just get re-deposited into the fat cells. Fact.

Lipolyzed fat does not go to digestive tract and we certainly do not poop it out. He is either lying or don't know any better. It is much more complex process, which raises a question on statement "absolutely side effects free".
