@ticocorat Dynamite is not a good idea if the intention is to save some of the building. Also not a big enough project to need dynamite. Then there's the innocent bystanders. Seeing how easily the excavators are turning the "reinforced" concrete into powder, it may be best to start over anyway. As for the Haitian government getting dynamite, betcha they could if they wanted too.....legally.

They are not using Dynamite because if they do, Preval's buddy, Jude Celestin who is in charge of CNE will not get the demolition funds from the government. They will have to hire a foreign company to do the job. Do you honestly think they can give the Haitian government Dynamite? Tout Chimere tap gin dinamite koun ye an.
