I would bet a 1000 bucks that this will sell for less than 10mm and be torn down by the buyer. If someone has 68mm to spend they would most likely want to build their own house (or 5 great houses in different locations). I have seen 10mm houses over which this one has no added value.

@Foltz22 I feel the same way. It's an amazing house but I wouldn't want to live there. It's too grand. It would be cool for a short amount of time but even just looking at it, I don't get the "ooooohhh I wish I could win the lottery so I could live there" feeling at all. I do wish I could win the lottery though! I would have my own house built. It would be a Green Gables-like house-not a mansion!

Don't get me wrong, it's obviously a nice house, but where's the love and comfort aspect of it? I would feel so incredibly lonely there, even if I had a big family.
