  • You know how the social aspect is implemented in organizations? You have to integrate, you have to like other people above all, and people are not judged by the fact that they are good, they have better results, completely discouraging approach to achieve better results and seek!

  • Not always the case that people do not want to create jobs, often can not enter the sector, with considerations on the established barriers to entry, in the form of bureaucracy, technology, exclusive contracts or large amounts of capital.

  • Pure abstraction... utopia. ;) Real world is totally different in corporations... one simple question, why the world economy based on slave labor, people in China or other cheap workforce?
