The words to the Irish folk song, "Down by the Sally Gardens," were written by William Butler Yeats (1889). The melody from this song comes from the air, "The Maids of Mourne Shore." Here are the lyrics:
"It was down by the Sally Gardens my love and I did meet.
She passed the Sally Gardens with little snow-white feet.
She bid me take love easy, as the leaves grow upon the tree.
But I being young and foolish, with her did not agree.
In a field down by the river my love and I did stand
And on my drooping shoulder, she placed her snow-white hand.
She bid me take life easy, as the grass grows on the weirs.
But I was young and foolish and now am full of tears.
Live performance by Amadea (Mezzo-Soprano), Diana Wartenberg (Viola) and Uwe Streibel (Piano).

Vidéo sincère et impliquée. Peut-être pourriez-vous essayer de diminuer le vibrato de votre voix ?
