WordsMatter2012 was launched this past March to offer non-partisan and objective insight into whether President Obama delivered on the many promises he made when running for office. The project was in fact inspired by a speech he gave in 2008 in which he said that "words matter." Through short weekly videos highlighting his promises, we merely ask, "Did his words matter? And do they matter today?"

We are currently in the process of building a network to spread this message and share these videos as the election approaches. Let us know if you are interested in partnering with us.

Reading some of the comments posted in favor of this video, I can't help but feel relieved the majority of U.S. citizens don't subscribe to the increasingly uninformed, hostile ideology of the ignorant right base. The conservatives with power know exactly how to propagate the type of misinformation that perpetuates misguided hate and cynicism. It is eerily obvious how effective the "power" dollar is with this eroding demographic, but it's just not enough anymore. Thank you, President Obama.
