Home-smoked pulled pork using a Cookshack smoker oven. Great recipe! [My BBQ Sauce for Amatuers is great with this pulled pork.]

  • how many piece of wood chunk did you used

  • @kngsunny - I wound up using three chunks of apple wood that were around 2 ounces each with the oven temperature set to 250°. My well-seasoned CookShack smoker oven will impart some smoky flavor to meat and veggies cooked in it without any wood. I'm preparing to make a video about how I make smoked salmon and I usually only use one or two small chunks of apple wood for that.
