  • I'm not quite ready to vote commie yet. Send me some tax payer dollars

and I will throw my soul to Satan and pull the lever.

  • @critter505 dude you've completely changed the topic--you've been dead wrong on 'defining' GDP, keep talking about things I haven't said or even alluded to (in short, just making stuff up) regarding 'money' or 'taxation' -- PS the 1990s? you don't sound like someone who makes a pay-stub let alone a payroll. your answer to everything is 'fucking stupid' but you don't even come off even the slightest bit informed or educated...any way, you can keep yelling, the 'Ron Paul' Tea Party is dead anyway

  • @ADD112 ...how money works, and probably think having a strict and complicated tax code is good for small business. Hence, you have no idea what you are talking about. Try to start a small business under the current tax situation then get back at me when your business fails while thinking you can run a business that way.

  • @ADD112 ...will always claim raising taxes will help the economy. Not to mention the belief that growing the government to astronomical levels will somehow provide more fairness for the public. This is idiocy at it's finest. You sound like the type of person who has never had to make a payroll, or a budget, maybe you have a degree in philosophy and have huge student loan debt and think you shouldn't have to pay it back. Who the hell knows, but what I can tell about you is you don't understand..

  • @ADD112 OMG man, you're still not reading/listening! Are you fucking stupid?! When you look at every time taxes have been raised, even slightly throughout the course of American history, the economy suffered. The only way to reduce debt, (yes the 14 trillion is our debt), is to reduce spending. And, why would taxing even a little more ever completely reduce it? That just doesn't make any financial sense! That's what's funny about people like you, despite all evidence to the contrary, you....

  • @critter505 also 'taxing' your way out of the debt and deficit isn't the answer -- it is only part of it -- with meaningful restructuring of entitlements and military spending.

  • @critter505 Your comments make no sense. The US GDP in 2010 (current dollars) is $14.5Tn and $13.1Tn chain weighted (2005). Not sure if this matches 'Wiki" but it is what matches the BEA. It also ties in to any Reuters terminal or Bloomberg Terminal (type in ECO GO) which I am sure you wouldn't have access to. You said the US has a 'GDP' of $4.7Tn (wrong) and national debt of $14.5Tn (while kinda true, not what we'd actually owe). GDP = C+I+G+X so when you cut G significantly it is a drag...
