Now you have an idea as to what is involved and can appear more educated when you consult a patient. Mandible fracture - which then leads to:
malocclusion, non union, malunion, chronic facial pain, chronic limited range of motion, ICR, osteomyelitis, infection, bisphosphonate necrosis, nerve damage, bleeding, hematoma, airway compromise, MI
Flap Necrosis
Alveolar Necrosis
Gingival Scarring
Hardware failure - screw
Dehiscence
