From the works of Enlightened Master Paramahamsa Nithyananda. Nithyananda talks on the value and intimacy of the Master-disciple relationship for Him to use the Zen Stick. Using the zen Stick is like performing a very deep loving and caring operation. This is like doctor carrying the knife not for killing but for removing the tumor. This clip is taken from discourse titled "Master the Zen Stick" which may be ordered at www.AnandaGalleria.com
I try to...lol...sometimes I fall back into egoism and judgement. Noone ever said the road was a short one!

I am the mountain, because it is. I am enlightened because I am.

Below is one zen koan by one enlightened master.
Before I practise Zen, I saw mountains as mountains, and water as water.
When I arrived at a more intimate knowledge, I came to the point where I saw that mountains are not mountains, and water are not water.
But now that I have got its very substance I am at rest. For it's just that I see mountains once again as mountains, and water once again as water.
If you cannot explain above, you still not enlightened.
