  • I always wondered why we didnt saw in Tiberian Wars and the following games after that any Ion storms. Why we never saw crazy mutants destroying my army. Flying nuclear missles who destroyed buildings in my base, leaving craters behind I couldn't build on anymore. Or having the warning that there were some units under the ground. Walls, Gates, Cyborg Commando, Hijacker, all kind of units that were gone. O gosh, I miss the old time.

  • @zyrabqwerty forget game of the year , This is the game of the millenia!

  • Who remembers the loading phase?

I have not seen such an atmosphere at a more...

  • @sergiomengual So do I, the mutants scattered around the map in Skirmish, the sound tracks, the sound effects (compare all the different gunfire sounds you can hear from the light infantry, to the barely audible sound of popguns in C&C3), the ability to create your own map. Another piece of proof that graphics don't make a better game. My only complaint about C&C 2 was the AI, in skirmish all they do is turtle.

  • @jordy885 no, they didn't change that, tiberium refers to the tiberium itself, tiberian is the adjective version. Both forms of the word were used in the first two games as well.

  • @KidNamedJoey

I am OK with you...All this is true...I miss the old Units in C&C Tiberian Sun...

  • 2:43-3:23 sounds like it could be from sim city

  • @clonescaller visceroids make a "triumphant" return in C&C3 though. Except only the Scrin can make them with their giant barfing ant tank. Visceroids are a by-product of irregular tiberium mutation. In other words, a very large amount of tiberium exposure in a limited amount of time. You can't "get rid" of an irregularity like that, as it can occur to any person who is unfortunate enough to not be killed by the tiberium poisoning. And many mutants were "violent" as a means of survival.

  • @jordy885 Tiberium was Tiberium since Tiberian Dawn...you know what I mean? ;P

  • @moonblaster91 yea and the gayest part of it is that when EA baught westwood they changed the name of tiberian to tiberium
