i dont think so,if the reporters wrote that down ,would not they show that clip of her saying that instead.its most likely a statement wrote on a paper...
my English isnt good either,but she seems to even have a problem with the basic command of English
it's strange though,they grew up in Hong Kong but pretending they are better at English than Cantonese.I dont think they attended international school..
