  • @dlee9900 no

  • I have about 9k of resistance. Does that constitute a bad mosfet?

  • i have a 750.1 zx kicker .. it worked fine for two years out of no where it cut off came back on a week later did the same thing but this time no sound?. i hooked it back up came on still no sound so i unpluged the subs to try diff ones still nothing.. but with the subs unhooked the amp would just come on an cut off till i pluged the subs back up..where would i start to look for that? maybe the channel is bad? what part of the amp is the channel an how to test that?

  • i hav a logic 4channel 1000watt amp i installed it this morning in my car but it always go in protect i check my ground it still goes in to protect but i don't hav ah multimeter to check my voltage on my battery can u help on wat to do if to open the amp or wat? plzzzz an thnx

  • will bad transistors heat up mosfets and blow the internal fuses? the amp starts getting hot in a hurry it goes in attempts to go in to protect

  • Good video, told me what I needed to know although it really need not have taken 3 parts to explain the cause and solution. Thanks though.

  • I Have a 4 Chanel ma audio amp and I Get sound on all chanels but 2 won't get louder why And Can I fix it.can you make a video for that problem thanks

  • I had my amp wired at bridged at 1 ohm & it's only stable at 4 bridged. I fried it after like 2 months of use (longer than I would have expected). I opened it up and noticed that where the ground connects to the circuit board is fried & completely melted through. If I fix the ground do you think it could potentially work again, or did I probably blow something else? I can go through and troubleshoot, but I wanted your opinion first :)

  • First i'd like to thank you heaps for your videos, i find them very useful! I know that transistor may have been blowing, but it's probably not a good idea to test it on a conducting material; the case of the amp.

  • how do you know what mosfet to use? I checked mine and there shot.
