@mercylyn19 - Chris said won't be too hard to find. LOL!!!

Big ups to Nia and Chris on this one. Perfectly handled the entire situation.

I don't know why black women fall head over hills for artists when they sing "black music." Taste in music does not define taste in lovers lol. As a black woman, if I were to be a indie rock singer, does that mean I'm into white guys. No, not necessarily. It's like this validation/desperation thing that makes no sense. I mean, if you fall in love with a white guy, cool...and hopefully it's not for superficial/stereotypical reasons.

@MeccaEvil Well that's US Weekly. Tabloids make up stuff all the time. Did they name who that "friend" was? Justin keeps a very short list of people that are very close to him, and they don't talk to rags and spill about his personal life.
And wow, I made that comment a year ago lol.

@thefloacist I agree, and I feel he said that for their audience, because the same week he was on TRL and his whole attitude was different for their audience. I remember reading this in a magazine: "A friend of Justin's swears she's not his type: 'He's into athletic tomboyish white girls.." US Weekly when he was rumored on cheating with a black waitress

He said wont be hard to find
-
what did chris say at the end that made them laugh soo hard?
-
@BohemianLeaves I think he means blk women like him.
-
What did he mean by 'certain white guys with black women on they're V.I.P list?' Did it mean Marky Mark likes black women or black women like him?
Justin Timberlake is so 2002...he's no longer on the VIP list.
And he would never date a black girl in public, are you kidding me. He said in 106 and Park he had a "weakness for the sisters" yeah right. That's why he sold Janet Jackson out...please, I see right through that 'man'.

please, Im sure there are some people in Memphis who would string a Black person up without even thinking twice, so Im not sure that saying he's from memphis says anything.
Either way, as a Black woman we don't need Justin to "love us". That kind of love can be damaging to our health, we just need to love ourselves.
