You can NOT love America, without loving Americans, her people (as a whole). Sec.Gates has a dual role, political and warrior. He is a patriot, yet you may disagree with his politics. The type of immature, ideological pablum I see in many of these comments, masquerading as thought provoking political opinion, gives me a window into the anxiety and fear many of our fellow Americans suffer.
