What was the most expensive part of the amp?

The most expensive part was the power transformer.

Very nice. And even the bass comes up really good even when cranked unlike most small amps where the bass drops off.

but it aint NAD watts. Nice amp though but im a transistor fan myself i find the sound alot more aggresive and does the music alot more justice overall but its personal taste really

i love valve amps/ i've got a separo e34i 40 + 40 watts. i'll never go back to transistors.
