Wouldn't the fixed organizing principals and the planks of the communist manifesto dictate that people are not allowed to keep their own property and start their own companies if they choose to? Doesn't it prohibit people from issuing their own money and credit, or starting their own credit unions without community / state approval which stifles creativity and the flow of credit for either public infrastructure or private investment which help everybody?
