I once made a 911 call because my neighbours house was burning,it was around 2am and I heard screaming and looked out the window to their house in flames. the first thing I did was call 911,then i told the operator i had to go to help my neighbours to get out,but he kept me on the phone just long enough for the fire truck to arrive! give these guys a break because they do a great job! thank god nobody died in the fire! they know what their doing!
