  • I live in Grants Pass, it's truely a great place

you should check out how to make a DIY steadicam, really smooths things out, nice vid

  • How do you make a DIY steadicam?

  • Thanks Seth! I hope it comes through in the video how much fun it is to visit the Grants Pass club. A great place with a lot of fun people. It inspires. :) Check out my other silhouette shooting videos, and as always, leave stars!

  • Wow Jim, great starting video. Good photo of Mount Shasta on the way up from CA. You didn't get the wild turkeys in the photos taken near I-5. There were there that day. Can't wait to see the rest of the videos. See Ya. Steve

  • No, I missed the turkeys! Must have been down that hole. :) Thanks for the good times Steve!

  • i live in grants pass. my grandpas shoots there on the skeet field every monday wednsday and friday. i like the sporting clays range there.

  • Thanks for the video! I live in Seattle but grew up in G.P. my dad Bob Colby used to take me there when I was a kid. Nice to revisit. Take Care, Heather

  • i live in grants pass and i love it, and i'm only 13

  • I gotta ask, does anyone know if the starlight drive in theatre was really taken out? If so, this makes me extremely saddened

as I was planning to take my wife there this next year

  • god I miss grants pass. I miss oregon even more. Graduated from hidden valley in 96, and somehow ended up in utah 4 years later...ugh! 'sticks thumb out' headed to oregon anyone?

  • well basically it's a pole that has a plate with a screw (that your cam is screwed into) and it has a weight at the bottom, just type diy steadicam into youtube, and you'll find quite a few

it's not like the real steadicams that cost thousands, but it DOES smooth out the filming
