Kentucky River from flooded parking lot of the new Paul Sawyier Public Library, panning east to the Singing Bridge* (Bridge St) then westward. Water is usually not visible from this vantage point, and had soaked two shelves of books (500 or so of which had to be disposed) in the Friends cage in the ground-level parking garage (visible at the beginning of the video). The wind, which can be heard over most of the video, was fairly strong that day. A water pump may be heard droning in the background.

-----
* So called because of the humming sound cars make driving over its metal grate road, which can be heard between :05 and :15 in the video.
