My 2010 hair journey. My ups and downs. I only use heat once a month and I shampoo once a week, cowash once a week, and deep condition twice a week, and moisturize and seal daily. If you have any questions, contact me.

the nov 2010 pic was sooo pretty. I really want to do something like this. I wash my hair everyday even though I know how bad it is. I want to try to go every second day, but my hair just gets so greasy. You inspire me.

@greenandnavy aww thank you. You are so sweet. You can wash your hair every other day or you may be able to wait even longer if you are careful with the amount of products you put in your hair. You have to find a good moisturizer that is not heavy and works great for you so you wont feel like you have greasy heavy hair by day 2.
