this phone sucks donkey ass! i had it for a year now and this infamous white screen keeps showing up. i did all the techniques that i can to fix it and now its just shows the white screen all the time. my old sprint phone works way better than this. this phone is pure garbage!

I love this phone. The white screen has been the cause of my phone's death for about 5 of them. the other two were from cracked screens, but before the screens were cracked. the screen had gone white and I'd meant to take it in to be replaced at the sprint store. I have insurance on my phone thank god. $7 a month, and you get equipment replacement and service repair. The white screen can't be fixed in store, so they will just replace it for you. takes about 2 business days to recieve : )

ive had mine for about 3yrs now and in great condition. everything works but, it does freeze up now and then but not like everyday. it has its ups and downs. i havent had service for it for like 2 yrs now so, any1 with any knowledge on how to hack this cell so i can make free calls and stuff PLEASE mssg me

yeah, this phone definitely is not good quality. i had it for a year and two of my buttons would not work so i couldn`t send texts. it was awful.

andd then the screen starting acting funny, and finally it just became a white screen. i definitely just got the samsung exclaim as well. i love it already.

I had this phone for over a year, but today I switched to the new Samsung Exclaim. I love it :)
