No, Windmills just make gas and coal stand down. It shifts power from cheap coal to expensive NG. Coal plant takes a day to start. When the windmill comes on, the coal plant has to idle, which just wastes the day of start up. CO2 levels go UP, not down.

Windmills are not the answer. My engine technology will solve our energy problem and use carbon fuels as back up at 60%. Try 200 mpg highway, 400-600 mpg city for a 4 passenger car.
