Talk about revisionist history! Hayward Brown was a violent, lowlife thug who terrorized his neighborhood. He firebombed a Planned Parenthood clinic. He killed one cop, and later attempted to kill another, and would have done so if his gun hadn't malfunctioned. He died trying to rip off a dealer who was quicker on the gun than he was. Vigilante my ass. Kenny Cockrel pushed this story about him being a victimized vigilante, when Brown was nothing but a vicious psychopath who preyed on society.

I didnt grow up back in those days but I feel bad for the families that had to go through that!!!! I'm glad somone is making a movie about how sometimes evil can hit home hard!!!! No one should ever be treated this way, no matter what race you are!!!!

I hate i didnt know about this and couldve lent something to part of this film, i remember when this was going on in the city and on certain days i had to be close to home and inside early because of the rogue dirty cops that had no problems physically harassing beating or shooting a young black male first then asking questions later.

Wow this film looks like it will be filled with a lot emotions!!!! I can't wait until it comes out in 2010!! I'm forward to seeing how and what took place back in those days in Detriot! It looks like it will be a "HIT" movie!!:)
