They really need to number these or put them in some kind of order or SOMETHING! I made it my mission to watch this recipe from start to finish and it's taking more time to find the steps in order than it would be to make the dish myself. User-friendly videos, please!

Unreal...All that thing does is totally mashes the meat up, it doesn't "tenderize" it...I agree with the other person...If you really want to tenderize it find yourself a decent 48 blade meat tenderizer and do it yourself...
Have your butcher slice up a nice bottom round into 1/2" thick pieces and then have it with the tenderizer. Best cube steak ever.

Geeeee. All she does is smashing it around. If you want to really tenderize a meat, just buy a 48 blade meatenderizer (google it). Tried the technique and it gives results beyond expectations.

this video is too short... and waste a lot of time.
If you want to learn people to that's stuff, use a longer time and its too obvious that your greed to a popularity thing or either exposure maybe?... shot down your video...and your not the only person teaching this stuff...
