Well I disagree with that guy's opinion that corporations aren't entitled to free speech as everyone else,he's wrong on that one because corporations are made up of a body of persons and all those persons have a right to their voice and their function within the organization in which they operate by each member of their consent, this also falls under the category of freedom of association, so yeah I would say that coporations have a right to free speech too corporations are people as well.

Why are the pretty ones so dumb?

It's perfectly acceptable to say "I don't have an answer to that right now, but I'll come back with one."
But given O'Donnell's track record ...well, she NEVER seems to know what she's talking about. Or have answers. Or understand basic legislative rulings.

Did the people in the tea/republican party actually hear O'Donnell speak when they decided to back her? I'm serious here, what made them think, "hey this one's a real thinker, we've got to put her in charge of our future & our children's future". I'm not an American, but I know that when this election was taking place, you really needed qualified, intelligent, reasonable & knoweldgeable people in government. Was she really your best option? Please tell me, how in the !@#$ did this happened?

Actually, I was stumped myself when I tried to think off the top of my head about recent decisions, mostly because there hasn't been many earth shaking decisions of late. That debate reminds me of an Andy Griffith episode when Aunt Bea ran for clerk against Howard Sprague. At the debate, she answered every question with"whatever the people want!' Howard gave a real answer. At the end, Bea resigned. O'Donnell should have also.

She is just dumb.

these people are running our country? No wonder China is projected to surpass the US in all relevant fields. Economy, education, graduation rates, literacy rates, qual/ of life. How can we expect to compete, with the Rep/ party spewing there love of the USA while simultaneously corrupting it and undermining it. Do Michele Bachmann, Sarah Palin, Christine O'Donnell, Bill O'Reilly, or the evil Koch Brothers really care about American greatness like the Chinese care about the greatness of China?
@Roachenator If she can't handle such questioning, (and there are many far more hardball questions that they could have asked, I mean, that supreme court question is something that they should prepare ALL potential politicians for, because it gets whipped out by any journalist wanting to trip a candidate up) she should not be in politics at ALL. She is only embarrassing herself and her party.

The "bad decisions by the supreme court" question is a standard "gotcha" question, which they got Palin with, and if this woman can't even handle this, the most softball of "gotcha" questions, how can she cope with any major decisions?
I mean, it is really really easy to prepare for this question. On the Right, they can say Roe v Wade, and on the Left, Citizens United. I am an Australian, and even I know this.
