SeaWorld Releases Rita's-Largest Manatee Ever

No other organization rescues, rehabilitates or releases more animals the SeaWorld. Since the creation of SeaWorld's animal rescue program, they have rescued more than 15,000 animals. Many wild manatees congregate in the warm waters of Blue Springs during the chilly winter months. Releasing Rita in this location increases her chance to create strong social groups in the wild.
