I think Eagle is often underused in any game he appears in, which makes good Eagle game play more interesting to watch.
In fact, it would be even better if Capcom can resurrect ALL of the original Street Fighters in one game, so long as they can have absolutely unique and useful moves. (The only concern being "Mike", of course, who would no doubt overlap with Balrog)
