  • This is my favorite version of Blue Sky to date........ This version never fails to lift me up and send my spirit soaring..... We are so blessed to live in a cultural era when music like this was/is being created. Wowwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww!!!!!

  • It would be nice if Dickie Betts was still with the Allman Bros!! You know Dickie is who made this band famous.

  • @mkbn43240 WAS? He's still among the living, bro, and still plays a mean guitar.

  • Dickie Betts and Great Southern. Duane and Jimi Hendrix are on Rolling Stones 100 Greatest Dead Guitarist ! Dickie Made the band famous because he stepped up and carried the torch. ABB sold more albums during Dickies reign than any other period ...... FACT ! Get your facts sraight , Clapton is # 1

  • Last time I checked it was called theAllman brothers band not The Dickie Betts band!MsRawkerchick you should look at Rolling Stones Top 100 guitarist lisr. You will see Duane Allman is #2 behind Jimi Hendrix..

  • How about Dickie rejoins, and they tour with Dickie, Warren and Derek? Imagine the possibilities.

  • GARBAGE

  • Actually, in the studio version, Dickey Betts did the second half of the solo and he was no slouch on guitar.

  • Amazing version, love the solo! Event though it's not Duane Allman, it's great!
