Middle East Needs Peace!

In May of 1948 based on a UN resolution that determined the division of Palestine into 2 states the Jews declared their independence, creating the modern state of Israel. But the very next day the new country was invaded by Iraq, Lebanon, Egypt and Syria.
The Israelis resisted and expanded the territory.
