Theres a huge difference between taxation that goes to repairing and maintaining infrastructure WHICH IS WHAT ITS SUPPOSED TO BE FOR as opposed to massive overtaxation by corrupt governments and politicians who support the ungodly UN WHO SEE THE PEOPLE AS WORKING FOR THEM instead of the other way around. Obviously slavery is much worse in degree than taxation -- I would much rather be taxed than be a slave.

They are very similar in nature, however. Taxation, and slavery, are fundamentally immoral acts, which use the threat of violence to violate rights and property. They both were/are legally enforced. They both were/are considered necessary for society by many.

They both were defended by people like you, who were more married to the status quo than to moral principle or honest thinking.

There were those who said slavery was necessary for a functioning society. There were those who said adults should come to tolerate and accept slavery. And, there were those who said it would never change.

Then, there were those who were able to objectively consider the situation, and find that despite the fact that it was ingrained in society, slavery was morally abhorrent. They fought to end it.

I prefer to be the latter sort of person.

I am a grown up. One who can think clearly and objectively, without resorting to profanity and emotion. Taxes are one group of people using the threat of violence to extort property from others. That is theft. There is no logical moral justification for it. If you have it, I would like to hear it.

I'm happily married, employed, and working to live in a society which does not include systematic theft.

When you become an adult, you have to accept some things. Not all girls want to fuck you. Not all jobs want to hire you. And you have to pay taxes, because you live in a functioning society that intends to keep functioning.
