I personally loved it -because- of the difficulty. I love a good challenge in a game. It had a great story, it was an open world where you could do whatever the hell you wanted, and you had goddamned electric superpowers. You've got your opinion, of course, but that's just why I liked it. Other people who liked it would probably say the same thing.
