wow bobby d! this is just so fucking boring to watch man, i mean with no music and all. try adding some death metal or some rap.. you look unsure when your curling also. try rehearsing a skit your comfortable with, maybe talk to the camera, smile, laugh, anything... besides that it was a funny video

Hey Bobby! On this video you say you have to build back arms. Did you quit working out
for a while? I hurt myself and had to take a break from working out for a month and lost alot of my muscle. I can't believe how fast it goes away. Although I was not drinking the protein shakes twice a day( while hurt). They have a lot to do with it I think.

@nejov1 Not for him, but why should I do that if I'm getting better gains doing it at a shorter rep range? Keep your know-it-all comments to yourself because it's been proven upon thousands of years that not one single human benefits from the same way as another person.

Check my workout at Nejov1. I'm more of a long distance runner though. 10K-12K.

Try to do it all the way down. Arms in 180-degree angle if you want to work on your biceps. Your pull ups also is not quite perfect. All the way down. Not too bad for old man though.

Well,thanks,but,i got a ways to go to get back to the way i was last year at this time..I was 180 last year in March and now i am only 170..I gotta get some creatine and whey protein..and obviously increase calorie and protein intake overall..But yeah,i Still Do get compliments but i'm always like,"Nah,I've leaned out Alot"..and "I'll get it back in due time."
