@corrigasm I'm not sure I understand what you're saying. You might rephrase those three questions at the end. But yes, natural born means you and you alone were born in America. Andrew Jackson, Thomas Jefferson, James Buchanan, Chester Arthur, Woodrow Wilson, Herbert Hoover, and now Barack Obama all had either one or two foreign born parents so, regardless of what you're talking about, this "parents not born here" thing is irrelevant.

Everyone already knew during the campaign that his dad wasn't born in America so if that were the definition, Obama would never have been allowed to run. And no one said "shut up"; the birthers got into an enormous rage over how he wasn't releasing his certificate and Obama knew the longer he held out, the more stupid they would look after he released it. He played politics right and he bitchslapped them hard.

Certificate is NOT the real issue. "Natural born citizen" means both parents were citizens. Mom was, but dad wasn't. Why else do you think the media was directed to make such a stink about the birth certificate? So that when he released it after 3 friggin years, everyone would say "Shut up already."

I would hope, no matter party-affiliations, that every American would stand up and demand action if they earnestly believed that someone had cheated the US Constitutional requirements, and were holding power illegitimately. As a voter, even you do not have the right to elect someone who is ineligible. You can vote for them, but they cannot win.
