This is a video of an AUTHORIZED cab ride I was able to take on the Music City Star commuter train that runs from Lebanon to Nashville, Tennessee.
Some information on the train:
Horn: K5LA
Cab Car: 400
Locomotive: 122
The locomotives were purchased from Amtrak and the cars were purchased from Metra. All of the locomotives owned by the Music City Star are EMD F40PHs.
Some more information:
The Music City Star is a commuter train traveling between Lebanon and Nashville, Tennessee and stops at six stations: Lebanon, Martha, Mt. Juliet, Hermitage, Donelson, and Riverfront. The line is 32 miles long and runs on tracks owned by the Nashville and Eastern Railroad Authority. The train began passenger service on September 18, 2006, which made it the 18th commuter railroad in the United States. The Star is considered a "starter" project, and expansion plans include six more lines to Gallatin, Murfreesboro, Columbia, Dickson, Ashland City, and Springfield, Tennessee. These trains plan to use CSX transportation lines.

Good video! Too short though. Do you have more footage? Especially some at the end of the line in Nashville proper?
