Fitness Junkies Boot Camp - Humble TX - (www.fitnessjunkiesinc.com) Fitness Junkies owner, Ty Rolle, demonstrates work out routine on the parallel bars transitioning from dips to squats for a great work out for triceps, core, and legs. Repetitions increase every set as follows: 1 dip and 1 squat followed by 2 dips and 2 squats continuously until you reach 7 reps of each exercise.
