Yes, as others have said before, less gravity (~1/6 that of Earth's) not NO gravity. Same applies to the "zero gravity" that's always touted around for the "vomit comet" and astronauts orbiting the earth, which is simply just free fall.
Now, shipping to the moon would involve supply spacecraft, but shipping from it to the earth or elsewhere would likely use an Electromagnetic railgun to fire packages (encased in a thermal shield if to Earth) off of the moon itself.
