it is in a way more up keep involved but not neccesserally the old tm's were a joke the parts were a bitch to get hold nd even wen u did they were expensive im not too sure about the latest models but tms are flat out bikes. how come u got rid of it out of interest ??

lack of money mainly. plus ive started riding freestyle more so thought i'd get a 250 2stroke instead, its much better for hitting the ramps i feel.

Ive got rid of the tm now, didn't have it for that long but never had any problems with it.

well break it in how you see fit, but it's a 125 essentially... they have to be reved. merely keeping it in the powerband isn't abusive. just friendly advice... you'd prolly be better off on a 4 stroke my friend. if you want to be serious and build up your skill, that's cool, but you really have to keep it ripping and on the pipe. all while tap dancing on the shifter.

sagringocan leave the guy alone u dont need to be a dick i broke in my bike the same way and i have an 08 ktm 144 and i think its a lot faster than my old 06 250f.
