Time Warner has been ripping off customers in New York City for many many years. Everyone knows that the cable, Internet, and phone service, even when working is of marginal quality at best and there are a large number of customers, who have incredibly poor service or no service at all and yet continue to be billed by Time Warner even though Time Warner does not take appropriate steps to fix their service issues. 10% of Time Warner customers are likely to not have service. And only because of Time Warner's monopoly in New York City does is relatively large market segment remain unseen and unheard. If you're tired of it, join our group on Facebook and join the fight. Buck never stated that 10 percent of customers have no service.... he said that 10 percent have a signal to noise problem. Depending where that SNR is at, you could have picture quality, internet or digital phone issues, or no issues at all. I would like to know just where that magic number of 10 percent came from??? Looks like there is more to that "interview" then what is posted here. Could you post the entire "interview" from start to finish?? Is that really Buck, or a random rep photo?
