Comics are used in a variety of ways. They have the ability to create worlds on a page; they cost less than a film or TV crew; and they blend storytelling with images seamlessly in a way that even the best photographs can't do. This session, presented at the National Conference for Media Reform in Boston on April 9, explores what we can do with comics to make journalism that is immersive, informative and engaging.
Panelists: Sarah Jaffee, Grit TV; Erin Polgreen, Media Consortium; Matt Bors, cartoonmovement.com; Susie Cagle, nationally syndicated editorial cartoonist; Ronald Wimberly, comic-book, graphic-mixologist.
Thanks to Scott Counsell of Everett Community Television for the footage.

Please watch my story"TIFFANY LEBOUEF SEEKS JUSTICE". I have documents to prove my innocence yet no one wants to even acknowledge it. My life has been destroyed.
