Nice performance friend. I too have a PSR 290 bought in 2004; think Yamaha no longer manufacture this model, of course they have upgraded it.
A good keyboard, we can enhance the efficiency by adding a UX-16 cable using which we can connect it to a desktop / laptop.
The piano tone could have been better i think.

Just count out loud as you play a bit, like 1 2 3 4, and play along with that with metronome, then when you are happy drop the metronome, then try just counting in your head.
Takes a while but is worth it to get rid of the ticking.

Is that sustain is natural or did you use a pedal to give that echo to the piano tone?

erm, how?
I dont know, i am just musicaly minded really, i can work out notes from there positions on a guitar fret bored, and i took GCSE music so i know about stuff..
cant really say more than that.. !
