*Please Read* I have not had any piano lessons. It is highly probable that my technique is wrong. So if you are pianist please avoid unnecessary comments saying that I am playing incorrectly. I have taught myself and don't know any proper ways of playing piano. Thanks. Oh, I apologise for the metronome. I tried and failed to play it without it, and there still a few mistakes, but it's the best I could do!

Song name: 'Forgiven for Forgetting'

  • Is that sustain is natural or did you use a pedal to give that echo to the piano tone?

  • tick tick tick ding!

  • Nice performance friend. I too have a PSR 290 bought in 2004; think Yamaha no longer manufacture this model, of course they have upgraded it.

A good keyboard, we can enhance the efficiency by adding a UX-16 cable using which we can connect it to a desktop / laptop.

The piano tone could have been better i think.

    Keep going Fred..

  • Just count out loud as you play a bit, like 1 2 3 4, and play along with that with metronome, then when you are happy drop the metronome, then try just counting in your head.

Takes a while but is worth it to get rid of the ticking.

  • try again...playin without the metronome

    . you can do it.
