The short answer is yes. It's possible to draw from scratch or use a 2D or 3D model as a starting point.

Feels pretty weird to see that stuff made of foam instead of stone...
Very informative video anyway

Good point, For many (architectural) applications you need something more substantial than 1 lb density foam (unless your point is to insulate the structure).
Most of the stuff in the video can be made out of stone when you use the foam negative as a mold and cast into it. By that I mean concrete or GFRC (Glass fiber reinforced concrete - light weight and strong). Or trowel on ArcuStone or Tuscan Stone style concrete.

We recommend using expanded polystyrene (EPS) or extruded polystyrene (XPS) and not polyurethane foam with our equipment. We do not have any videos with polyurethane foam.

Not exactly for the DIYer

Eddie, Thanks for the comment. I see you are pointing out that this video may be mis-classified. This video shows some of the shop equipment we produce. We also have hobby and craft hot wire cutters, and power units for heating wires for cutting foam for DIYers. I'll post you a video when it's available.
